Palembang, February 11, 2026 — VOYA successfully hosted the VOYA Beverage Inspire Workshop in Palembang on 10–11 February 2026, reaffirming its commitment to strengthening professional skills and driving innovation within Indonesia’s Food & Beverage industry.
Designed as a two-day immersive program, the workshop focused on strengthening beverage fundamentals while encouraging creative exploration in modern menu development.
On the first day, participants deepened their understanding of coffee, matcha, and tea fundamentals. The Coffee Fundamentals session was led by Mikey (The Social Goat), who shared insights on flavor balance, brewing techniques, and market-driven menu strategies. This was followed by Matcha & Tea Fundamentals by Shane, Tea Mixologist and Founder of Tea Shane, highlighting tea’s expanding role as an innovative beverage category.
The second day advanced into mixology, led by Ignatius Pambudi, VOYA Beverage Specialist. Participants explored flavor structuring, modern techniques, and the development of signature beverages with strong identity and commercial value.
The workshop concluded with a Mini Challenge, where three selected participants were challenged to create an impromptu beverage using VOYA syrups, demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and adaptability under time constraints.
Held in an exclusive class format, the event was supported by Greenfields Professional, Tea Shane, Hydro Coco, and Cahaya Ahava Indonesia.
